Tuesday 8 April 2003 will see the official launch of Scotland's first Real Nappy Hospital Pilot Scheme. In cooperation with local nappy laundry service, Nappy Days, the Edinburgh Royal Infirmary will give mothers and babies on one of its maternity wards the chance to try modern real nappies free of charge for the duration of their stay. During the scheme there will be advice sessions and displays to answer questions about real nappy options. This Edinburgh Evening News article has more details.
